tech support they agreed it was toast. Warranty requires you to accept "re-certified" unit as replacement. Requires you to schedule "replacement exchange" with sub-contracted delivery company in a scheduled 4 hr. window.
Delivery didn't show in 4 hr window [twice]. Driver arrived 4 hrs after 2nd window closed. Set up and powered replacement. Failed the next day.
Start process over. Gosh I'm really impressed. How much will I be compensated for my lost time?
Loss of use of product? A re-cycled reject is not an acceptable replacement.
