Vizio - Missing Remote.

I bought a New 32'' LED Smart TV last week and received it by UPS yesterday. I open the box to find out the Remote is missing. Now I gotta wait 5-7 business days for remote. In the meantime I have a useless TV. This is My first and last time being a Vizio customer.Do not recommend.

Vizio - Tv is @15 months old. Backlight goes out

Tv is 15 months and backlight goes out. for $329 they will exchange this lemon for a "comparable" tv, that is, if for any reason I would be *** enough to buy another Vizio. Apparently, this such a common problem, a built in problem, that Vizio should be so well aware of the fact they are selling lemons, they should have to get a produce sellers license.

Vizio is garbage and the company has terrible customer service. Bought a new 65" 4K tv. 13 months later (with light usage), the backlight goes out and I'm told it's not replaceable. They offer me the same junk TV and want $1000+. Went to Best Buy and they were willing to work with me more than vizio. I will write this same review 1000 times if it saves consumers the money. Absolute junk

Purchased a Vizio TV in December of 2014, I'm ready to throw if out! I would have never purchased one of their products had I read a review like this. Spend more money with a name brand. Get a product that lasts. My TV has a prominent red line running through it, and the remote does not function well. Good luck.
