Vizio has an absurdly limited number of apps that can be used on its Smart TV. And if it's not on that short list you are out of luck. I have had to purchase a streaming device to watch fairly basic things (eg, HBO GO, PBS). I would not ever buy another Vizio product....

I bought a tv went bad within a mont they sent someone to fix it it went bad within 7 days then they replaced it with another tv went bad in 2 weeks sent someone to fix it and the parts that he used didnt work so he put in the old ones and now cant get a replacement or money back

Do NOT buy any vizio product, the 55 inch tv's led lights went out after only 1.5 years, said it was not cost effective for them to send me the parts to fix on our own, but its cost effective for me to buy another!! NEVER!!! Should have been recalled, it should be illegal what they r doing!!

I bought a New 32'' LED Smart TV last week and received it by UPS yesterday. I open the box to find out the Remote is missing. Now I gotta wait 5-7 business days for remote. In the meantime I have a useless TV. This is My first and last time being a Vizio customer.Do not recommend.
