I have 4 vizio TV's all flat screen lcd's. Within 1 week of the warranty expiring 2 of the tvs stopped working within 4 days of each other.
Vizio customer service was no help at all. Now my 47" vizio gave a hdmi error screen after working for almost 2 years......I unplugged it and tried to restart it but it will not even power up now. Vizio refered me to a tv repair shop that wants 300 dollars to repair an 800.00 tv that is less than 24 months old. Also the customer service at vizio is horrific...they spent more time advising me that their quality was the best in the industry and that my experience was not reflective of their products quality!...Really???
3 out of 4 TVS go bad but that is not reflective of quality??? Wow.
Spend the extra money and get a better quality brand.....it will be worth it in the long run
