I bought a Vizio E series 55 inch tv on December 13, 2016. On Dec 31, the picture went out with a horizontal line and the focus flickers out every 2 seconds.
Great product, lasted a whole 3 weeks! I notified Vizio immediately and 3 days later they promised me that they would bring me a new tv and set it up in my home within 7 to 10 days. 10 days later with no new tv, I contacted them again and they said that their service representative never set up the service order and it would take another 7 to 10 days before my tv would arrive. Manager suggested that I remove the tv and take it back to the store so that it would relieve them of any responsibility.
The store was not at fault and was poor quality of the product. I will never spend money on another Vizio product.
