Vizio customer service is horrible. I placed an online order which was immediately placed "on hold." I thought it was odd that I didn't receive a confirmation email from them so I checked my online account and then called customer service.

Upon getting in touch with a rep, I was told that there is a particular lady who handles all the online orders and that I would need to talk to this person. It has been 4 days and my status is still on-hold and this person has not been available to answer the phone or provide input on why the order has been put on hold. In the meantime, I have heard different stories from each rep. Starting from fraud-alert and then someone else says my fraud score is 0 out of 100.

This is a gift and I am so annoyed by this back and forth.

To add insult to injury, it would take another 48 hours to cancel my order. Ugh!!!!!
