I ordered $400 speakers from Vizio. They didn't work.
Then they sold my replacement speakers to someone else.
Harley, a customer service manager, is the biggest *** *** In hindsight I should have just swallowed the $400, thrown the speakers away, as it was one problem after another after another on their end trying to get a refund. Zero apologies, zero help trying to get new speakers, I wasted about 15 hours of my life trying to get my money back, and did I mention how much of a *** *** Harley is?
