While my experience was pleasant talking with Target about my warranty, everything since then has been horrible. Our package arrived to ship our TV to the service company.

After about 3 weeks our TV returned and still would not turn on. We called and they said that they has repaired it but to send it back with the power cord (to check it) and they would service it again (If you repaired it the first time this wouldn't be necessary.) We have to wait about 1 1/2 weeks for the label to be mailed for us to ship the TV back for the second repair (we had to call twice to check on the labels for them to be sent). About a week after it arrived at their center they said that it needed a part, that would have to be ordered, so it would be several weeks. Our TV returned today without the power cord they asked us to ship the second time.

We bought a new cord. The TV turns on, but there is no picture. When we called and they told us to buy a new HDMI cord. We bought a new cord.

Still no picture. Talk with cable technician and there is no problem with our box. We are being asked to ship our TV from Alabama back to New York for service for a third time! We will not be buying another electronic product from Target knowing that this warranty company, Warranty Logistics, will be providing the service.

We were also told by a Target customer service rep over the phone that if our TV was not serviceable that we would receive a refund for our product or be shipped a new product. When we asked the warranty company about this they said that there had to be three failed attempts at servicing our TV. What? Also, the warranty is about to expire and the technician made a comment that soon we would to be able to send it back.

We have followed every instruction and our TV has come back twice and not been fixed. Seems as though they are trying to push this our until our warranty expires and then will tell us they cannot service it.

Unless Target can resolve this problem with the warranty company for us, we will never buy another electronic product from Target. This has been the most frustrating experience with customer service ever with this warranty and service company that Target chooses to use.
