Bought a Vizio TV 2 months ago and already one of the led lights blew out. Called Vizio and they told us we had to take pictures of the problem and email them.

They replaced the TV with one that was defective right out of the box only to find out the replacement had been returned by a customer for the same problem it was giving us. Now customer service is telling us they have to send a repairman to fix a tv they knew was defective when they sent it and wont give us a refund or a new replacement set. This is our second attempt to get a replacement and all they keep telling us is send pictures and well see if it can be repaired. I didnt buy a second hand tv set so why should I have to repair a already defective second hand tv!

Never ever purchase any product with the Vizio name on it.

Their customer service is non existent, inept, and just a plain joke! Their product is complete garbage!

Same boat. 4 months, 55 inch wouldn't start.

New motherboard and 2 months later TV won't run for than 30 minutes.

Major piece of *** for this kind of investment. Looks like Costco is carrying fewer of their models now.

6 Months Old. Sound module died on full volume etc. W@arrany is HOPELESS. You have to virually fix it yourself. From customer servive,to Supevisor to Manager. 4 hrs on the phone (Cell Phone,Yuk)

There Service Reps suck.

DO NOT BUY VIZIO.
