Bought a 55" Vizio; model number XVT3D554SV. So, the TV was manufactured in 2011; additionally, the last firmware update was December, 2011.

Imagine that, the same year it was manufactured, Vizio decides to cut the customer loose and say tough luck. In today's dynamic economy, inundated with scores of lost opportunities to improve company market share, improve brand awareness, image, personality, and therefore, value; Vizio leads the way by not supporting its customers past the same year of product manufacturing. For instance, its a SmartTV with a Netflix app; however, it will not stream 3D movies. Why on Earth would Vizio not support a firmware update which improve quality of product, quality of service, and customer loyalty?

Answer: they vould care less. My TV works fine, but I will never purchase a Vizio product again; moreover, I will use the power of word-of-mouth advertising to beseech any inquiring consumer to select another alternative in their evoke set. This is *** pore customer service--all around--from the engineers on down to the customer service reps. There are scores of other online feedback acknowledging just how terrible their interactive YouTube app is.

No one has fixed it or vare to. So, to summarize, my TV works, just not the jerks in the back office, the idiots on the phones, or the white collar monkeys called top management. This is why business in today's society is lacking a positive customer orientation.

Screw Vizio! That is all...carry on.
