Vizio - Very Poor Customer Service

Purchased a new TV less than a year ago for occasional use. Tried to hook up new satellite service but the jack didn’t connect. Called customer service provided all necessary info and set up a home visit to repair. Tech never came nor called. Loved the TV when it worked but will not purchase another Vizio.

Vizio customer sevice sucks as bad as the tv called to get help wanting send a repair man i told them i had same trouble a few months ago called and got help called twice second time talk to a smart mouth woman hung up on her called a repair man $90 to just the settings never buy another and be complants to walmart and others that sells that junk

Vizio has to be one of the worst companies. Product sucks. Customer service sucks. They are no help whatsoever and do not care if you have a problem. Terrible TVs and terrible service. William *** their CEO said his goal is to make good TVs affordable. Well, he has failed miserably. I bought a new E221-A1 TV a little over a year ago and now it won't turn on. I contacted customer support and they sent me to a repair facility - ITI. Well, they don't work on TVs smaller than 30". You'd think Vizio would know that! I also am not willing to pay a for a repair on a TV that cost me $130. So I say, if you want cheap and you don't care if it lasts a year or 2, then buy a Vizio. I myself expect a TV to last 5 to 6 years. A Vizio will not. I will never buy one of their products again.
