All of a sudden, the Black Screen of Death. The screen goes black, there's No Sound - only the orange vizio logo shines. Like a pilot light on a dead carcass.

The remote does nothing. The only way to get the logo to turn off, pull the plug out of the wall socket. Brilliant. DON'T call vizio, call Costco Concierge first!!

Now the 30 point *** trouble shooting checklist begins. Like, is it plugged in? Is the input properly set to the correct video source. I get it, but all of that is BS, just search for the problem on the web. POWERSUPPLY. Short answer, after buying 6 Vizio tv's in the last 3 years and recommending to many friends- never again. I'm done. Spend a few bucks more and buy a more reliable brand. One with customer service that stands by their products.

Monetary Loss: $600.

The customer service has to go through the troubleshooting checklist before determining the problem, it's the process, they can't just replace or repair tv's without doing everything in their power to try and fix said issue. It's not bs. Just saying.
