Purchased TV new and within 8 months TV has gone black (no screen)
Called service dept and was told someone would contact you in 4 days. It's been 8 days and still no one contacted me. I had to contact the service tech myself and still do nat have a date for repair. If you want to save yourself time and frustration, stay away from vizio junk.
There product don't even hold up for a year. I see I'm not the only one that have been having issues with their products. JUNK JUNK

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of vizio tv and associated monetary loss in the amount of $699. Vizio needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
