I have now had two Visio E600i-B3 units delivered. The first had a HUGE horizontal line through the middle of the picture.
After calling Visio and sending multiple pictures, eventually their customer service "authorized" a replacement. Several weeks later a subcontractor calls and blots out half a day to accommodate delivery. When the replacement shows up the screen was crushed to a milky spider web.
Visio customer service then offers another round of pictures and investigations or they offer to come get the defective product and "MAYBE" process a refund check for the $850 in "POSSIBLY" 60 days. Avoid these products the unless you enjoy receiving defective products and getting the run around when trying to resolve the issue.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $850.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Not sympathetic to the customer.
