Vizio in Virginia Beach, Virginia - Soundbar a piece of ***

I bought this item 2 years ago and it hasn't worked right yet. It works for a while but doesn't see the remote often and it takes me an hour before I can get it to work or I just give up. I am over it. Definitely was the worst product I have ever bought.... just on the frustration I've been through almost everytime a concert I want to watch is on.

Vizio Tv Review

I brought a vizio on 11/27 and the next day once tv was put up...noticed the base is wobbly and the picture quality is horrible. Theres a flashlight shadow on the screen when it turns black and some sort of picture delay, that when a scene changes it gets left behind like a stain.

I have been told that Vizio is aware of the firmware problem. They said I must buy a separate router just for their TV because they do not know when they will fix there firmware issue. I have been trying to get them to resolve there mistake for a year now.

Steve, It has nothing to do with the security or name on my network! I have 49 other devices that login and work just fine.

The point here is I should not have to reconfigure my entire network just because VIZIO will not update its firmware. I should not need a "Trick" to use my brand new VIZIO. I have a Panasonic Smart TV that works great.

VIZIO took several hours of my life getting my network device's and commented to find a fix, then get back to me. I am still waiting.

VIZIO! DO NOT BUY!

About a year and two months ago decided to replace all of my 10+ year old TV's for flat screens. Went with Vizio to support an American product and was certain they would provide great customer service. MY 32 inch went completely out 1 month out of warranty . Called Vizio and thought at least they could troubleshoot but was told outright my only option was to call a TV repair and pay to have it fixed or buy a new one. I wasn't expecting a new free TV but I would expect something since the TV only lasted a year and one month! Horrible customer service and I have absolutely no faith in a company that doesn't believe in their own product a year after purchase. This particular TV cost $350 and I could have bought an off brand for $200 but figured the off brand wouldn't last. Well, I am going to purchase another TV and WILL NOT purchase another VIZIO. I'm better off replacing a generic brand every year than replacing a Vizio. I had my other TV's for 10 years with absolutely no issues. I have looked around and found many other consumers with the same issue as me!

Vizio HD TV(s) Fail - Don't Waste $$

Vizio LCD HD TV(s) are defective and unreliable. Do you want to spend $999.99 for a flat screen television set only to have it fail after two years. Don't buy the Vizio brand product. The light source, which is the life of the television failed on three of my Vizio flat screen sets. The light source is the life of the unit. If a component failed, the television could be repaired, but if the light source fails, it is cheaper to replace the whole product. The Vizio manufacturer says that a certain number of their units will fail. If you don't purchase an extended warranty you've lost out. A warranty will cost $400.00 extra for three years. Than if the television fails after three years there is no recourse. A regular $150.00 television set plays for ten years or longer. I recommend a flat screen from a company that builds, manufactures and owns a patent on the light source, like Samsung, or Sharp. Vizio is junk!!!! AND a Waste of MONEY!!!

I got to say that I will never buy a vizio again!!! had mine not even two years (1)it popped and went out vizio fixed it (2)now the color is blue and green DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I'm in the same boat you folks are. I have had my Visio for 3 years the 28th of December, and the light source went out on it 2 days ago. I'm sending the President of Visio a nasty letter about the *** they manufacture.

I agree. We purchased ours at a GREAT price.

ONE year later, it was taken to the dump. Wonderful set if you want to waste money.
