Purchased Feb. 1, 2014.

Had friends come over to watch DVD for first time in April. When we attempted to plugin video cable the port dropped out in our hand. Called C.S. sent several pictures only to hear not under warranty.

Not a defect it was our fault. Shame on Vizio for not standing behind their product. So I now have a Vizio less than four months old that needs a repair that is over 1/2 the price I paid originally. I will never purchase another Vizio product.

We jumped through all their hoops and they still didn't provide the service we were entitled to get.

Samsung or Panasonic are much better choices.

Monetary Loss: $400.
