One and a half years ago, we purchased a 50 inch Vizio television.We were so excited.

We had never had a really nice TV before. Last week, however, the screen suddenly went black. Everything on the television worked except for the picture. So I called customer service.

I was informed by three different individuals that there was nothing Vizio could do. How very disappointing! After all the money we spent on that television it only lasted a year-and-a-half?! I didn't even have the option to pay Vizio to fix the television.

There was just nothing they could do. Nothing. Well, Vizio, for lack of something more tactful to say, you suck. I spent $23 on a board and fix the television myself.

Having said that, we will use this TV until we can afford to buy something much nicer.However, I will NEVER buy a Vizio product again.
