I called in about a TV with black spots when it was turned on. spoke with Rich and he was super rude and a ***!

He said it wasn't their fault and it was the shippers. The box was pristine and so was the TV, it was when it was turned on that it had issues. My complaint is with how the representative treated me. Rich made me feel like I was *** for calling in and wasted their time.

I had even called in earlier and they did the same thing but nothing was visible wrong with the TV. I will never use this company again.
