Vizio in Baltimore, Maryland - Screen Goes Black no picture.....the sound is there but no picture.

Their Televisions are defective too many people have the same problem with the screen going black and there is no solution to fix the problem. They tell you … you need to purchase a new tv. My vizio is less than 2 yrs. old. I went on line to try and find help and was amazed at all the complaints and unsatisfied customers. Wish I would have researched their product before I purchased. The problem is they know they are selling a defective product and should have corrected the problem by now. Since we do not live in Radio Days I expect a picture along with the sound. What's this sit around the TV and listen.

I bought a 4k Vizio TV with smartcast. Smart cast sounded pretty cool but the problem is it never works properly. I spend 15 minutes reprogramming everything everytime I want to use it. Now it's Tell ng me I need to purchase a new remote for the TV . It's just a complete trash system. Never buying anything Vizio again.

VIZIO E60-C3 UPDATE: After many emails and phone calls, I was told by VIZIO that I would either receive a significant credit on a new TV or possibly I could even receive a replacement set. I was to be called back by a representative with a definite answer in less than a week but I never was. I have ordered the parts from ShopJimmy.com to repair the set but so far the parts haven't showed up either.

Vizio customer service, which they are SO proud of, is garbage. I bought a 45 inch sound bar that didnt pair to the wireless subwoofer like it was supposed to. I called Vizio and they knew of the issue. They knew these were faulty and still sold them! They sounded very helpful though and sent me a new one quick, but the replacement they sent was only a 40 inch. They made me pack it back up and send them back the 40 inch before they would send me the correct replacement. I sent back the 40 incher and never got my 45 inch. I called in and they said to wait, it should be coming. A month later I realized I still didnt have it. Called back again and now they wont send a replacement 45 incher to me without me giving them my credit card info as a hold until I send back the original 45 incher that doesnt work. This is a new policy that just changed. Fine, here's my *** credit card info... but it gets better! They are trying to send me a recertified unit as replacement. So the new unit I bought that they sold me even though they knew it was faulty is going to be replaced with a refurb?? And they want to put a $499 hold on my credit card for the cost of a brand new unit when they're trying to replace it with a product that was returned by another customer, presumably because IT DIDNT WORK RIGHT!! F Vizio!
