Vizio - Do not buy!!!

Details
Bought a 50 in and a 24 in tv. The 50 in lasted almost 3 years and boom screen went out. Then the 24 in tv stopped accepting updates and wont work. $1600 in junk tvs in my basement. Customer support is atrocious and you can never understand what they are saying, countless hours on hold. Ill never purchase another vizio product again and do not recommend this brand at all

DO NOT BUY VIZIO!!!

Details
TV started flickering every 1-2 seconds. After spending 20 minutes turning off and unplugging TV and pressing input button on remote, the customer service rep (who’s foreign accent was extremely difficult to understand) advised that we needed to get another cable (not sure what or why), plug it into the TV and call them back. I was not willing to waste more time so I plan to replace the TV with anything other than Vizio!

Just be careful what you buy to replace this telly with. Those cheap brands like Vizio, HiSense and Element sold in big box stores are unreliable. Buy a name brand for a little more and it will last alot longer.

i with other people said wow what a nice picture n decent price . until pricey extended warranty runs out n nobody wants to help u as a c ..onsumer recall whats that vizio wont tell u even if u register your costly product on line shhhh its a secret . tv takes 20minutes to get a . but they take your money real quick n real quick to give u excuses like the techs own the company or money we as consumers spent might come out of there pockets. If i argued with someone about product my *** would get fired .i will never buy vizio junk again .so pass the word to all people looking for nice tv .DONT WASTE MONEY ON VIZIO. thank you from a pissed off consumer who spent 1000$ On junk

When going to one channell to the next channell it turns off. It will come back on in ten minutes by itself. This should not be happening .I should be able to enjoy this tv for many years. Waste of money. Never buy another vizio tv. Cheap parts and should not be in business. Too many people are complaining about their tv.

Would half to rescan every morning would turn its self off. They worked on it and made it worse no channels. Complained and they said it was my signal had no problems for 10 months. The guy that came and worked on it even said it was something else wrong he could only replace the parts they sent him

I had the sane problem I purchased a 65 inch less than 2 years ago it has turned black Im 90 and I spent $1148. they told me go buy another one they cant fix this one, why not?????? that's one way of getting rich call California department of consumer affairs 916-445-1254 lets not let thm get away with faulty tvs!!!!
