Vizio - Terrible brand
Bought the TV in September 2015, in June 2018 half the screen went out. Called Vizio and the warranty had expired. Do not buy a Vizio. We have Samsung TVs we’ve had for several years that work great. I even have an Element brand TV that is 10 years old that shows a great picture. Very disappointed in this brand and a waste of $900.

I call Vizio after finding an oily tacky substances on the back. Sent pictures got a call back from Ken from Vizio, pretty much telling me that something is dripping on tn TV I explained that there were two bed room above...

The right side of screen is distorted after being used this VIZIO TV for few months and still under warranty. I contacted VIZIO customer service who offered my a re-certified TV. I told them either a new TV or return the tv and give me my money back. They said they have only one solution which is a re-certified TV with 90 days warranty only (screen shot is attached). The lesson here don’t ever buy VIZIO product.. bad quiality and bad customer service

This company produces garbage. Bought a sound bar with a sub woofer and two surround sound satellites. Remote worked for a month then the sound bar cut out after another month. Tried contacting them through their customer service, both "live chat" and phone, couldn't get past the language barrier. Shame! Will not ever spend good money on a GARBAGE COMPANY.

12/23/17 I bought a Vizio 55' TV. Set it up the 26th, had a problem locating one of the ports, the Product Manual was not clear. On every piece of paper included in the packaging it instructed purchaser to call Vizio before you contact the point of sale. So I did. Before I even got to asking my question I was instructed to plug in the TV and turn it on. When I did, there was no picture, or I should say not a conventional picture. There were a multitude of thin lines in primary colors running vertically. Also in the lower right hand corner there was jagged circles that spread to encompass the entire screen. I also told her the packaging was in perfect condition and the screen was in perfect condition. I was describing this to customer service in a fairly excited voice, knowing this was not right. She instructed me to reply to an email she was sending with two pictures. I did and the next morning called to find out what was wrong and what they were going to do about it. They said it was NOT THEIR PROBLEM. And it was between me and Walmart. I had to repack the tv and am returning the product to the store tomorrow. I would never recommend Vizio and will right a bad review on every site I can find.

I purchased a 65 in HD UHD tv. I turned it on for the first time and had a horizontal line over 3/4 of screen. After multiple calls to customer service they agreed to send another unit. My choice was a similar model with one less HDMI port and a slower refresh rate or a refurbished on that was my same model. They also were unwilling to do so at a discount. Same cost, lower quality. The customer loses again
