For the last year, just like clockwork I have to do a system reset to get my 1k$ tv to work at all for streaming services. Support is no help, they just say reset it again, they have never actually fixed whatever the issue is. This is my 3rd Vizio tv and will be my last. The quality has just gone totally downhill. Stay away, yes all the reviews are terrific but they only test them for a few hours not long enough for the troubles to surface.

I just bought this TV, got it set up and find out that I can not use smart cast because I live across the border in Mexico. And even if it did work I still could not use it, because I have to have a smart phone to "cast" to the TV. SO now I have to pack it and drive back across the border to return it to Costco! Will never buy another Vizo product again.

Extremely disappointed in my first, and last, Vizio purchase. My $1400 65" TV (p659-g1) died after 6 months and can't be repaired. By the time I get the replacement, I will have been without a TV for an entire month. To make things worse, I am not getting a new replacement -- I get a 're-certified' model. They say it has been fully tested and is as good as new ... but they only provide a 90-day warranty, not the full year like a new model gets. That's terrible service, Vizio, and if you don't trust your own products to perform the way they're supposed to, why should I or anyone else?

Vizio is not the most reliable brand of telly. Best to pay a little more for one that is.

That's just the way it is.

Do some research and find a major brand that is reliable and has good customer service. There are but a few nowadays.

The worst television I have ever purchased. Save yourself money and buy RCA, LG, or Samsung. Visio has horrible audio and video. Nuff said. 10 days before it was in the garbage. Never been this dissatisfied. Wasted money.

Almost impossible to find replacement parts to repair a Vizio TV

My Vizio P65-E1 is a high end flat screen which cost $1600. The main video motherboard unit failed within two years. My TV service company and I have searched all the usual sources for parts and have been unable to find a replacement. I was told a refurbished part may become available sometime in the future. I'm surprised, pissed off and very disappointed that no spare parts are stocked and my expensive TV is unusable for who knows how long.

This tv is *** Thats only nice word I can even think of!! Im a HIGHLY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER to even had bought this tv having to deal with allllll these problems. Black out screen, watching a damn circle for about 2 hours. Turning the tv back off and on, just to see a gray or black screen. EVEN unplugging it from the wall completely. NOTHING. This was my first and last time ever getting a tv through them. I never had no problems with no other tv BUT this one. Ill stick to Roku even if they have *** remotes, I got the remote to my phone so I dont care! Didnt get a warranty, because I wouldnt have thought I NEEDED one, seeing that I dont have these type of problems. Shouldnt have to!

Bought the 55" P-series from B&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;H (that's a whole other complaint). Same problem as everyone else. Black screen. Total piece of junk. Vizio offered to send a 65" of the same now discontinued piece of junk. They also offered to send a refurb 55" if you can believe that. I wanted a replacement model since they realized it was a horrible product and stopped making the P series. They wouldn't do it. Again......DO NOT BUY A VIZIO!

I have a 65" M65-C1 purchased in 2015, has worked fairly well up to this point with exception to the smart features. It just developed the dreaded black screen of death (power supply board failure). They are not helpful nor can you buy the parts to repair. So in other words these are throw away TVs that they charge as a premium product. I have a 12yr old Panasonic still without issue and a junky Sharp Roku that was also from 2015, they still work perfect. They clearly do not stand by their products. When Microsoft has the "red ring" issues they offered a massive warranty extension even though the failures were happening at the 4 year mark. This company does nothing. Any lawyers listening should be seeing $ signs for a class action lawsuit.

Purchased a Vizio television in September 2015 and one other TV different brand name. With the recommendations of the Best Buy Sales person purchased the extended warranty for 4 years. You guessed it 2 months ago September 2019 warranty expired. November 28 2019 black screen no volume no picture. Was told by a Vizio tech help technician need to replace the tv. Yes, we will purchase a new TV but will not be a Vizio. Other TV purchased in 2019 is fine. Would not recommend this brand to any one! A waste of money and a piece of junk!!!

Bought a 50 in and a 24 in tv. The 50 in lasted almost 3 years and boom screen went out. Then the 24 in tv stopped accepting updates and wont work. $1600 in junk tvs in my basement. Customer support is atrocious and you can never understand what they are saying, countless hours on hold. Ill never purchase another vizio product again and do not recommend this brand at all
