I will never buy anything with the Vizio brand again. Like you said, when are they going to drop their support for their other items?

I was considering a Vizio TV, but I think I'm going for an LG or a Samsung now. Companies that drop customer support suck.

Cannot connect to Wi-Fi

We have yet to receive a phone call, didn't get a call between 8-12am like the replied message we received said we'd get. Frustrating doesn't touch what I fully want to say.

Still waiting for my refund. Took over 15 days for defective unit to get picked up.

Was told that other people having black screen issues with my model tv. Yet, I was told that Vizio had no units to exchange my bad tv for new tv.. cant believe Vizio could not accommodate that. Have to send my tv in for service to check before I get refund. What an exhausting process.. bad customer service, follow up and professionalism.

User's recommendation: Re-think purchasing Vizio priducts.

TV didn't broke in 10 months after purchase and the VIZIO customer service to get this resolved was terrible.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOLLOWUP AND ASSISTANCE. Trying to get in contact several times to get problem taken care of and custimer service run around initially. Finally got someone to tell me that it owuld take 15 days to process a picup for bad tv and then after factory looks at it the possibllity of refund. I sent photos with bad tv screen (blacked out) and copy of receipt. Bougt NEW VIZIO Dec 22. Bad Oct 23. Didn't last a year?

User's recommendation: Don't buy VIZIO TV.
