I will never buy anything with the Vizio brand again. Like you said, when are they going to drop their support for their other items?

I was considering a Vizio TV, but I think I'm going for an LG or a Samsung now. Companies that drop customer support suck.

Failed Product

Purchased a Quantum-X65 TV in November of 2019 for a room in the basement. Not even two years later, and less than 200 hours of use, it's completely fried and unresponsive. After an hour going back and forth with their CS agent (when he has my product serial # within the first 5 minutes), I'm told I'm out of warranty and sorry. They were quick to offer me a discount on a replacement TV, as if I will EVER buy a Vizio product again. If you won't stand behind a $1500 TV for two years, you're a crumby company and are clearly knowingly making crap products.

Disappointed customer

This is my 3rd Vizio TV purchase and last. All had issues and the last one which just reached over a year is now the 3rd casualty while both my Samsung and Sony TVs are still going strong. I am upset because I love the software. The hardware seem to be crap with burnout sections, black lines, etc.

Tv wasn’t working right

My tv wasnt working it said firm updating for couple hours called vizio and they answered right away on the spot and helped get my tv working, they did a good job I recommend them.

I bought a 65 inch Vizio from Best Buy last year and literally a week after the TV was out of warranty the volume started to develop a nasty crackle sound. I tried bypassing it using a sound bar but it seems there is a sound board that took a dump. The fine folks at Vizio told me i was *** out of luck sucker. So this holiday season avoid these folks as there product is garbage and they dont back it up.

Warranty length question

As I explained to your representative the TV was bought at Sam's Club. The display stated a 2 yr. warranty. Vizios paperwork stated 1 yr. warranty. I contacted Sam's and they stated no, 2 yr. warranty. "Vizios paperwork was probably outdated". I contacted Vizio and your representative stated 3 yr. warranty. When I ask for paperwork verifying the 3 yr. warranty he told me "don't worry about it". Great, I'll take the 3 yr. warranty but would like documentation verifying same. TY

Vizio - Visio tv went out while still under warranty
I bought a Vizio 70 inch tv. When it finally stopped working, it was still under warranty. I called Vizio and they started a service order. Nothing happened after that. I had to call several times! They finally sent a repairman to fix it only to find out that the screen was bad. They were supposed to replace the tv. That was in September and now its November! Still nothing! I will never buy another Vizio product! The customer service is beyond terrible! I suggest that anyone thinking about buying one should run for the hills as fast as you can, and buy a different brand!

User's recommendation: Do not buy Vizio products, especially TVs. My experience doesn’t even deserve one star!

Warranty length question

Store display stated 2 yr. warranty. Got home Vizio paperwork stated 1 yr.. Customer service representative stated warranty is for 3 yrs. but would not provide same in writing.

I was informed that they would be sending a new television. They sent me an email with the link to track the package, but the link doesn't work.

What tech company doesn't know how to use email links properly? Apparently, Vizio.

Freezing up

I hate this TV. I have to unplug this TV several times a week to get it to stop freezing up. I'm right in the middle of watching shows, and it freezes up, and I have to change channels to get it to resume broadcast. Would Never buy this brand again. I have an E70 series tv that the picture is so dark sometimes you cant see whats happening. Sometimes when you turn it on no sound. I have complained to Vizio and sent screen shots to no avail when it was still under warranty. I will never buy another Vizio product.

All NFL games are broadcast in Spanish, on FOX and CBS.

Dont buy this TV if you dont speak Spanish. Commercials are in English during the game but the announcers speak Spanish. Grrrrr. Its been a difficult TV to use. Very clunky setup. No one has been able to help me.
