I ordered a TV directly from Vizio and had it shipped. It arrived with a cracked screen. Vizio Customer Service inconvenienced me by asking for ten pictures, numerous statements and many phone calls. They then refused the claim on the basis the box had not been opened immediately.
They were the most difficult and uncooperative company I have ever dealt with.
They not only wouldn't take care of the issue, they had me spend time and effort just to deny on the basis that did not require me to send pictures and other content they required.
