Manna-Vizio delivery time

Bought a 60 inch Vizio smart tv. 24 hours after turning it on a line appeared on the screen. Called vizio and they said a new tv would come in 9-11 days. 16 days later manna delivered a tv that had another line on it and the top of the screen was not tucked under the border so led light was shinning out. Again vizio said they would sent another new tv. This time they said it won't take 16 days mor like 9. Well guess what, it's now 22 days. And when I called to ask why they said they would find out because that's unacceptable. They never called me back. I want my money back!

Vizio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Advertise WIFI Remote when it is not

Very unhappy with reply to my question......I purchased this TV in October and have been being told there would be a firmware upgrade "any day now" it is now Christmas....DONT ADVERTISE THAT IT IS WIFI IF IT IS NOT " 12/16/2013 04:20 AM I purchased a M701d-A3R from Best Buy...prior to purchasing I talked with VIZIO and was informed that the remote was WIFI....after setting up the TV and doing some adjusting I contacted VIZIO and was advised that the remote I had was infact IR and not WIFI, and that there would be a Firmware update soon to enable WIFI remote? Where is the firmware update? Vizio in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania - Has repeatedly had me try different remedies over the phone

The E321Va, 32 inch Vizio Tv would turn off when using the remote. Turning up the volume or changing the channel with the remote resulted in the tv shutting off or going black with just the audio being heard. The first call to cust. service was an hour of me working on the TV. The second call was another venture into TV repair and then blaming the cable. We had the cable checked and a new outlet installed. The third call to cust. service, more Tv re-programing, changing batteries in the remote,etc. The fourth call was even better, they wanted me to get a universal remote and see if that would work better because they said "we don't want to send you out another remote if you do not need one". I personally would never buy a Vizio again. I have multiple sets in my home and this is the only one I have trouble with, DUH maybe it's the TV.

Walmart sold me a no good by vizio. worst tv ever

bought a 47" vizio hdtv less than two year ago. I six months the hdmi1 stopped working, six months latter or less hdmi2 stopped working. nov. 21 comp stop working and tv went blank. never in my consumer years have i seen such a lousy tv. I will never by another vizio tv again. I have the numerous negative complaints about vizio tv,s. Iam orgnizing a group of unhappy costumers to file a lawsuit for false advertisement.It is absolutly wrong to sell this product knowing you have this many negative complaints and havent tried to improve the product line. you will be hearing from me in the future. angry in virginia.

I am having the same issue and when I called to get it to where I could update, then nothing works right. So, you can't depend on their tec support either.

Bought Vizio 40 inch tv for $450 after tax from bestbuy. Within the first one hour of connecting to Netflix the TV switched off.

we found out it was because of a sleep function but now the TV freezes up when you watch Netflix or YouTube.

Vizio is not a smart TV actually quite dumb. going to the store to return it on the same day.

Vizio in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Horrible TV and customer service.

TV didnt work from the start. Gets loud and then shuts off when you are watching it. Sound becomes garbled as you turn the stations. Their solution was to send a firmware update which made the TV sound worse and also the picture is now blurry. Now they say there is nothing they can do to assist as is it out of warranty although 2 months ago we were told we could have an even exchange. We were told today well that's a training issue we don't do that. Customer service manager was rude and not willing to do anything. Will never buy a Vizio TV again.

I bought a Vizio TV a year and a half ago. The tv died within 4 months and before that it was going mute all the time.

A repair person came and could not fix it so they sent another one. That one died and a repairman came and got it working. It just died again. I can hear it but there is no picture.

Vizio's solution was to try to sell me another one because my warranty is up.

They didn't take into consideration all the problems I had and the service person was extremely rude even though I remained very professional. I will never ever buy a Vizio again.
