Vizio - E420i-b0 Tv Review from Schenectady, New York
I have a Vizio 23" and 42" smart the 23" will not power on, and the 42" powers off and on about 5 times in an hour. The only help support could offer was power cycle and resetting the tv's, granted the tv's are 3yrs old but that is all you have to offer. I have an 10 year LCD LG not one issue. The internet is loaded with the same issue's with your products, so the quality of the products I could not recommend.

Review about Vizio Smart Tv from New York, New York
Bought $600 Vizio E500i-A1smart tv. No apps work. Signal strength for wifi is 4 of 5 bars. Customer service said cannot troubleshoot and will not honor warranty. I Requested that a technician be sent out and was refused on multiple times. Tv is 3 months old.

On labor day my family and I were watching a movie when we heard a loud pop and sizzling then then formed multiple colors on the screen. I've been dealing with Vizio customer service for 5 days now, just for them to say there's a point of impact! When nothing was thrown at my television. They won't send a tec hnician and are very rude to deal with. I only owned this TV for 6 months and completely waisted 1300 dollars!! I will never buy another product of theirs and definitely wouldn't recommend one to anybody! It doesn't matter how many people you can think of to talk to, there "level 3 technicians" made an assumption and don't want to back it up! Would you send an innocent person to jail without supporting documents? I wouldn't beg them for a technician if I new it was because of impact! I would look like a jack ***!!!

Not happy with vizio
I have a vizio M470sv that is only 14 months old and last night i have this real big grey line going down on my left side screen.i called vizio and was told that i can call a tech to come look at it at my cost now we have a broken tv at home and they don't care and im screwed i will never buy a vizio item again so please go online and check for your self and you will see that we are not the only ones that have had problems with vizio so good luck with your tv.

Vizio review in Brooklyn, New York: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I received a smart 60' vizio tv for Christmas and 7 months later the screen went black, but I still had sound. So I cut the TV off and of course it never came back on. When I got home from work I called Vizio the rep stated that after 500 or 5000 hours the chip goes out, so now they are making new chips to replace the old ones. She puts my order in to get a refurbish tv with the new chip. I get the new TV and I call Vizio, I tell the rep that I want my warranty to start from today since I received a NEW TV she stated that it doesn't start over that's our policy. I ask to speak to a Supervisor/ Manger and she stated that's there policy. I stated that's not fair to the customer, because if this should happen again with the NEW TV then the customer is A****D OUT. This is a NEW TV with a NEW CHIP, it's like a new purchase. She said she will send me a letter with the new warranty date starting today, I will not hold my breath. If this should ever happen to anyone just request your money back!!!!

just out of warranty when the tv starts acting strange. When I told the VIZIO tech I would tell everyone not to buy a VIZIO unit he said "I don't blame you". I would like to try to reset it to factory defaults to see if that would work but the tech says there is no way to do that. The only solution offered was to take it to a service center and see it they can fix it. When you pay close to a $1000 for a TV you should expect it to last more that a year and a half. I will not ever, I repeat ever, buy a VIZIO product again.

Vizio's customer service is horrendous! Do not buy from them!
About the same story here. Only had the tv for about 4 months vizio won't do anything because they say physical force had to of some it..
It happened when no one was home. Did you get anywhere with vizio?
