Purchased Vizio 55 inch tv from Costco on April 2017. Then in August 2018 this tv would turn it self off for several seconds and then on and off and repeat this process for about 2 hours.
From this point on I would reset it — which means the power to tv would be disconnected for about 5 minutes - then tv would be good for 2 to 3 hrs. After a number of attempts I finally got to talk to a vizio person who is situated in the Philippines. And needless to say there is language barrier??//. Finally they sent a technician who replaced the computer and power board.
This lasted for a about a month when tv started to act up again. Of course Costco will not do anything about it that is returning the purchase price, so vizio will send me replacement tv in the next 6 to 8 business days. Vizio guarantees this will be a much better ??? Tv.
I have an additional warranty. What a joke!!!!!!
