I Purchased a 65" TV from VIZIO.com , what a terrible experience. Not only did it come broken, took 3 weeks to arrive and 3 hours later than the end of the delivery window.

Now, to go through hoops to get it replaced? The rep told to me like I was being interrogated. Also, Telling them that they ruined my son's Christmas and is there any thing that they will do do to compensate, she tells me well you might get a new TV! I already purchased a NEW TV that you sent broken!!

They have horrible horrible customer service and they don't care about there customers at all. Never again!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Vizio E65-e0 Tv.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Still waiting for the replacement TV to come.1 month now! Absolutely ridiculous.They will not compensate in any way.
