My TV is 8 months road and I started saying horizontal lines on the right side. I called video and after sending them several pictures proof of purchase they have determined that I have a cracked screen.

My TV sets 5' in the air with a 36" dresser under it I have no kids and there is no way that anything touched my TV screen.

Vizio would not put this in writing when they determined my screen was correct. Vizio will not stand behind their warranty .There is no visible damage to my screen nor can I see any cracking .I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will let you know how it goes

Vizio has replaced my TV, Justin reviewed the case and made the correct decision . Thanks for the Customer support
