This is the first smart tv I purchase bought it in 2018 model D32h-F0 I have 2 flat screen tvs that are almost 10 years older and work way better. First off you cannot download any apps the tv does not come with which is a huge inconvenience.
Secondly it constatntly says there is no network connection, I have 1 Gig in my home and the router is maybe 20 feet from this tv the other older tv connect just fine and are the same distance or further away. Lastly it will not cast from my smart phone, I have no trouble casting on to my older tvs only this one and this one is newer and a "smart tv" the others are not smart tvs.
I am just disappointed and highly dissatisfied with this piece of junk. Also i used the mute button and it will not unmute it will sporadically unmute on it's own sometimes then mute again on it's own I do not recommend this smart tv.
