You are doing something incorrectly. Don't blame the telly, altho Vizio is not that good to begin with.

Sounds like your router is blocking the signal but without actually doing the process to connect, etc., we can't tell what is actually gone awry.

I suggest you have someone with more computer/WiFi knowledge assist you. Frustrating, isn't it?

Vizio - Terrible brand
Bought the TV in September 2015, in June 2018 half the screen went out. Called Vizio and the warranty had expired. Do not buy a Vizio. We have Samsung TVs we’ve had for several years that work great. I even have an Element brand TV that is 10 years old that shows a great picture. Very disappointed in this brand and a waste of $900.

Just over a year old and half the screen is dark, called customer service and since its over a year the suggested I buy a new one. The customer service is not really service. Unplug your tv and hold the power button for 5 seconds and then plug back in....... That was there helpful tip on magicaly fixing a 2000.00 dollar tv. Unbelievable. Guess I will just buy the cheap ones and throw them away yearly.

i with other people said wow what a nice picture n decent price . until pricey extended warranty runs out n nobody wants to help u as a c ..onsumer recall whats that vizio wont tell u even if u register your costly product on line shhhh its a secret . tv takes 20minutes to get a . but they take your money real quick n real quick to give u excuses like the techs own the company or money we as consumers spent might come out of there pockets. Vizio is the worst TV brand. A bug got in my TV and called to see if they would fix it because it was still under warranty. They claimed it was an act of God. After talking to multiple people and hours on the phone the only thing they offered was a different TV on sale, but when I checked the price it was more expensive than Walmart had it marked for. I do not recommend buying anything vizio.

Vizio in Jordan, Minnesota - 55" tv broken after 632 days

We purchased a 55" Vizio tv on August 10, 2017 from Sam's. On May 4, 2019 went to turn on the tv and the picture was going on and off. Called teck support and they stated that there was nothing that they could do. She sent me to a supervisor and he stated that there was nothing he could do either. We should just go buy another tv that it was unrepairable. We didn't buy the extended warranty. Who would think that a tv would die in 632 days. Way to go Vizio. Way to back your products. We purchased a Vizio tv before this one and it lasted 10 years. Before this tv we purchased on August 10, we bought a 32" Vizio not knowing that they don't back their products.

Their Televisions are defective too many people have the same problem with the screen going black and there is no solution to fix the problem. They tell you … you need to purchase a new tv. My vizio is less than 2 yrs. old. I went on line to try and find help and was amazed at all the complaints and unsatisfied customers. Wish I would have researched their product before I purchased. The problem is they know they are selling a defective product and should have corrected the problem by now. Since we do not live in Radio Days I expect a picture along with the sound. What's this sit around the TV and listen.
