You are doing something incorrectly. Don't blame the telly, altho Vizio is not that good to begin with.

Sounds like your router is blocking the signal but without actually doing the process to connect, etc., we can't tell what is actually gone awry.

I suggest you have someone with more computer/WiFi knowledge assist you. Frustrating, isn't it?

Vizio has to be one of the worst companies. Product sucks. Customer service sucks. They are no help whatsoever and do not care if you have a problem. Vizio in Los Angeles, California - 6 month old television broken

We purchased our Vizio Tv at Costco nearly 6 months ago. It now only turns on to show the Vizio logo but will do nothing else. When we called customer service they said they would be in touch. I called them again five days later and they said we had been “approved.” Approved means they will fix it I assume. They said we would receive a call from a repair company. After a few more days a repair company called and said that the part they need is backordered and they have no time frame for its arrival. So that’s it. I have tried to ask questions on Vizio’s Facebook page but all they do is delete my posts.

I purchased two Vizio LCD TV's for last Christmas. A 32" and a 42" model, both new and flat screen. AS soon as I had cable installed to the 42" one the TV would, after watching about 15 minutes, have a "no signal" on the screen. I called the cable company (seven visits here) and on June 5th, 2012 I called Vizio. The first man was very nice and said it was a receiver problem as the HD receiver boxes need to be set manually on Linear Pulse Code Modulation (LPCM). So the cable company sent out a tech who hooked up an older HD receiver and manually set it for LPCM. Guess what? Same problem and Vizio tech people just scream at me as I'm not taking their baloney since I complied. I'm filing suit in small claims as their headquarters is in Irvine, Ca; a few miles from me.

Vizio does not stand by their Products so don't buy.

I Purchased a 32 inch Vizio television E320VA 12/23/2010. This product worked for 2 weeks before needing servicing. Vizio sent a USB repair and then the T.V. didnt work at all. I have been fighting 9 months regarding servicing and Walmart extended service plan does not kick in until manufactures warranty expires. Vizio does not accepts responsibility for their products.Consumers beware of Vizio they are thieves and liars and their products are junk.It is obvious that I should have found this site sooner I sure would not have thrown my money away on such garbage!

Thats why you buy your TVS at Costco! Because they stand behind ur products and gives u a two year warranty for free

Vizio has to honor the 1 year warranty. Get you State's Attorney General or Consumer Affairs hotline to help.

Vizio is a cheaply made product. You would be better served by buying a major brand telly, even tho all are made in some Asian country. Some better than others.
