Purchased a 75" tv from Vizio online. Box looked pristine.

Tv couldn't be mounted for 3 weeks. Turns out the screen is cracked. Wife signed receiving document that we had received it. She did NOT check the box that said the tv had been plugged in and worked, prior to accepting the shipment.

So vizio won't do anything but sell me another tv and ship it via the same company that falsified the the documents the first time.

Do not buy a tv from vizio online unless you can mount it and have it work before the shipping people leave. And since you don't really know when they will deliver it, it's really hard to do with a 75" tv
