No more Vizio's

This is my third Vizio. I had a 30 inch that we never. Used much go bad last year, had a 65" Vizio go bad 2+ years ago and replaced it with a 70" E series now it's got 3 led. Light bars going out, Call customer the lady I talked to had me run a test on it , i did and it still showed the dark areas. She said the Warranty had expired and there wasn't anything she could do and I told her I understood that she wasn't at fault but I could do something, Not buy any more Vizio tv's and leave a review on here. Don't just look at the picture, check them out good before you buy.

You bought a Vizio telly from a big box store like Walmart, perhaps? At least you didn't buy a HiSense or Element.

Either one, most likely would have died long before the vizio.

Best to buy a major brand telly like Panasonic or similar---one with a history of reliability. Cheaper doesn't mean better.

Freezes up and the only way to get it going again is to unplug and plug back in. All apps are sluggish. If you contact their clueless support that is somewhere in India they are completely less than helpful, If you can even understand what they are saying. I started checking other reviews online and this has been an ongoing issue with their junk for over 10 years and nothing has been done about it. Save yourself some time and money and buy anything other than vizio

I bought this item 2 years ago and it hasn't worked right yet. It works for a while but doesn't see the remote often and it takes me an hour before I can get it to work or I just give up. Walmart sells alot of Vizio televisions because they are priced low. The problem is that cheap televisions like Visio, Element and HiSense, all big sellers at big box stores are unreliable with a minimum of customer service.

They are to be considered "throwaways" as in when it breaks, just throw it away and buy another. A wise consumer will buy a major brand telly like Panasonic for a bit more money but much more reliable.

Vizio is not the most reliable brand of telly. You buy them cheap at a place like Walmart and think you are doing a good job in buying a nice, large telly at a good price.

However, these things don't hold up well.

Always buy a major brand like Panasonic, not the ones like HiSense, Vizio and Element. Now your know.
