My issue is still the same. They insisted it was my fault and didn't offer to help in any way what so ever.
So I have reached a level of acceptance and know for future purposes never to buy Vizio products or recommend them to my loved ones. Also Walmart failed to tell...

Manna-Vizio delivery time
- Sound quality bounced off wall

I have been told that Vizio is aware of the firmware problem. They said I must buy a separate router just for their TV because they do not know when they will fix there firmware issue. I have been trying to get them to resolve there mistake for a year now.
