TV is garbage, stopped working after 2 years. Would not buy any of these product again. Instead of having this junk fixed. I've have decided to put it out for the trash man. I have a poloroid I purchased in 2005 that still works perfect. Vizio not working and I purchased in 2012. I would not recommend this product to consumers. Try proven brands that may cost a little more, but will be worth extra money in the long term. Brands like Sony, RCA Samsung, Sharp are better quality electronic and they last longer than most of the new companies.

I agree i'm having same situation with a 60" Vizio junk box. I purchased it in August of 2015 and now it's shot 1 year and 3 months later and they will not do anything about it.

Told me to contact ITI also. It's sad that Vizio basically could care less about their product or their customers.

Manna-Vizio delivery time

Bought a 60 inch Vizio smart tv. 24 hours after turning it on a line appeared on the screen. Called vizio and they said a new tv would come in 9-11 days. 16 days later manna delivered a tv that had another line on it and the top of the screen was not tucked under the border so led light was shinning out. Again vizio said they would sent another new tv. This time they said it won't take 16 days mor like 9. Well guess what, it's now 22 days. And when I called to ask why they said they would find out because that's unacceptable. They never called me back. I want my money back!

I have been told that Vizio is aware of the firmware problem. They said I must buy a separate router just for their TV because they do not know when they will fix there firmware issue. I have been trying to get them to resolve there mistake for a year now.

Steve, It has nothing to do with the security or name on my network! I have 49 other devices that login and work just fine.

The point here is I should not have to reconfigure my entire network just because VIZIO will not update its firmware. I should not need a "Trick" to use my brand new VIZIO. I have a Panasonic Smart TV that works great.

VIZIO took several hours of my life getting my network device's and commented to find a fix, then get back to me. I am still waiting.

I ratify everything this consumer says about this company. They are dumping defective products.

There is a law firm that is suing them on a class action for this action. I have signed up...they dumped these sets on purpose and now are hoping that wronged consumers just go away.

bought 70" Tv in sept sound takes forever to come on same way on 55" bought 2 weeks before bought 70" contacted VIZIO on 3 seperate occations heard NOTHING when I went online to cheek on complaint VIZIO kept putting "problem resolved" WHAT!!! no such thing all I want is why & how to correct, I will never buy a vizio again

Vizio e600i-B3 IR stopped working

Details
After 4 months of ownership, our 60" Vizio TV stopped responding to IR commands. Ran through all the online support for the TV to reset everything (Except a factory reset, can't use the TV period, if I did that) and the remote. Tried Wii-U IR functions, that didn't work either. Confirmed both remotes working (Vizio remote got new batteries as well) via digital camera. Contacted Vizio for warranty replacement of TV, only to be denied claiming that I purchased from third party/unauthorized dealer on Amazon. Josh with Executive Escalations is a hardass. My next TV purchase will be a Sony, because at least they last/stand behind their warranty.
