I have bought and have 4 Vizio TV's over the past 4 years, the 70" over a year ago. The tv remote stopped working the this tv and even though I am a great customer, Vizio will not replace it as a one-time courtesy. Vizio does not care Bout their customers.

I have a Vizio 23" and 42" smart the 23" will not power on, and the 42" powers off and on about 5 times in an hour. The only help support could offer was power cycle and resetting the tv's, granted the tv's are 3yrs old but that is all you have to offer. I have an 10 year LCD LG not one issue. The internet is loaded with the same issue's with your products, so the quality of the products I could not recommend.

Same here. Same TV.

I didn't have enough money to buy a new TV. What I did do, was some research. I'm savvy with computers, but not electronics. I ended up spending $23 on a new TV controller board.

Installed the new board, TV works perfectly.

That said, I'm still never buying another Vizio television ever again. The service was deplorable!

I made the error of purchasing a Vizio M70-C3 6 months ago (after my 55" Vizio screeched and died just a month after the warranty lapsed) A vertical line showed up yesterday and I'm not expecting much help from Vizio support. (from previous experience) I'm definitely sure that was my last purchase of any Vizio product!

Bought a vizio E500i-a1 Smart tv 18 months ago and all of a sudden it went out. No weird noises, no smells, anything. Worked fine the night before, turned it off, next morning went to turn it on, the vizio logo flashed for a split two seconds and went dark. No screen but could hear the video and if I took a strong flashlight and put it to the screen I could see the picture. I myself replaced the T-*** board and it fixed the issue for a month and then same thing happened again. I now have a 50 inch paper weight. Their customer support was utterly useless basically saying I'm out of luck! Their solution was to offer me another tv at a reduced priced. I passed and suggest you all don't waste your money on vizio.
